Project Overview
A powder-coated sectional steel tank with an internal division wall, plus two cylindrical tanks, splitting domestic and fire water storage on one constrained site.
The Challenge
The development needed separate domestic and fire water reserves, but there was only room for one tank base in the service yard.
Our Solution
A 196 kL sectional steel tank was built with an internal division wall so the two duties share one structure, backed by two cylindrical tanks and finished in powder coating to match the building.

The Result
Domestic and fire storage kept legally separate on a single base, with a finish that suited a customer-facing retail site.
